1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that this applies to you. Photo identification may be requested at check-in.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where required; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a booking. Unless agreed otherwise, the full balance is settled on departure.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Inside fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows incur the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest threatens staff or fellow guests, damages property, disregards gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and spending limits can be arranged with our gaming host at any time.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe setting. Liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (copy, imagery, logos, design) belongs to Azuremarinamanor or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property legislation.

10. Governing law

These Terms are subject to the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
